Yes. Everything runs on AWS in Sydney — your data stays onshore in Australia — with encryption in transit and at rest. Financial data in BookKeep Me is isolated to your account and is never shared or used for cross-user analytics. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

CellarHive lets you claim your pub, keep its menu up to date, and publish it to Beer Me so drinkers nearby can find you. You also get your own web pages on a cellarhive.au address.

It's free: your menu on Beer Me and 3 web pages (Food, Drinks and Specials). If you want more, you can add Extra Pages or advertise on Beer Me. Current prices are on cellarhive.au.

BookKeep Me is bookkeeping for Australian sole traders and small businesses. Scan receipts with your camera, manage invoices and expenses, import and reconcile bank statements, track GST with a BAS worksheet, and keep a vehicle logbook — without needing an accountant for the day-to-day.

Take a photo or upload a PDF/image of your receipt. Our AI (powered by AWS Textract) extracts the vendor, date, total, GST amount, and line items automatically. Foreign currency receipts are flagged for manual AUD entry.

Yes. Upload your bank statement as a CSV (NAB, CommBank, ANZ, Westpac, and generic formats supported). BookKeep Me automatically matches transactions to your existing expenses using AI — no manual data entry.

Absolutely. Your financial data is stored in an isolated per-user silo. Raw dollar amounts are never shared between accounts or used for cross-user analytics. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Beer Me is a community beer price app. Find the cheapest pint of your favourite beer near you, browse pub menus and tap lists, and see prices contributed and verified by other drinkers. It's live on the App Store in Australia and New Zealand and on Google Play, as native iOS and Android apps.

Anyone can add a pub from inside the app, so most venues are already on there. If you run a venue and want to manage your own listing — menu, prices and tap list — claim it free on CellarHive. Your menu then publishes to Beer Me automatically.
