CellarHive is a complete venue management platform for pubs, bars, restaurants, and hospitality businesses. It covers bar & kitchen stock, staff rosters, timesheets, payroll, compliance, sales tracking, supplier ordering, and more.

Yes. CellarHive includes a full timesheet module with HIGA-compliant penalty rate calculations (Mon–Fri, Sat, Sun, public holidays, overtime). Full payroll processing and STP Phase 2 ATO submission are on the roadmap, coming once regulatory registrations are complete.

Yes. The Group Dashboard lets you manage multiple venues under one account, with benchmarking across GP%, labour costs, wastage, and more.

BookKeep Me is bookkeeping for Australian sole traders and small businesses. Scan receipts with your camera, manage invoices and expenses, import and reconcile bank statements, track GST and prepare your BAS, run payroll and super, and keep a vehicle logbook — without needing an accountant for the day-to-day.

Take a photo or upload a PDF/image of your receipt. Our AI (powered by AWS Textract) extracts the vendor, date, total, GST amount, and line items automatically. Foreign currency receipts are flagged for manual AUD entry.

Yes. Upload your bank statement as a CSV (NAB, CommBank, ANZ, Westpac, and generic formats supported). BookKeep Me automatically matches transactions to your existing expenses using AI — no manual data entry.

Absolutely. Your financial data is stored in an isolated per-user silo. Raw dollar amounts are never shared between accounts or used for cross-user analytics. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Beer Me is a community beer price app. Find the cheapest pint of your favourite beer near you, browse pub menus and tap lists, and see prices contributed and verified by other drinkers. It's live on the App Store in Australia and New Zealand and on Google Play, as native iOS and Android apps.

Anyone can add a pub from inside the app, so most venues are already on there. If you run a venue and want to manage your own listing — menu, prices and tap list — email hello@dmcstack.au and we'll get you set up. CellarHive venues publish to Beer Me automatically.
